シマウミグモ

Ascorhynchoidea上科イソウミグモ科
吻を加えた全長約5 mm．吻の長さは胴部の長さとほぼ同じ．潮間帯転石下に生息する．浅虫では最も普通に見られるウミグモ類である．
Body length 5 mm including proboscis. Probosis as long as abdomen. This species is the most common sea spider found under rocks in the intertidal zone.

本種は海藻から見つかった．

Halacarellus属の1種

海でよく見かけるウシオダニ科の1種．
肢の付き方などで容易にこの科であることがわかる．肢の節の大きさや毛の有無・数などで詳細に同定することができる．
初学者はこれをよくクマムシと間違える．
This species belongs to Halacaridae, characterised by the position of the legs. Characters such as the length of the leg subdivisions and presence/absence of spines are used to further identify this group.

キタイソダニ

Pontarachna pacifica.
イソダニ科. 体長約0.5 mm. 体色は赤く、白い内臓が透けて見える. 浅虫では石灰藻をふるうと見つかる.
Pontarachnidae. Body length is ca. 0.5 mm. Body color is red and with white organ showing through.

イソカニムシ

イソカニムシ科. 体長5 mm. 体は灰褐色から赤褐色. 背甲は三角形. 鋏になった触肢は細長く, 鋏も大きい．ヨコエビ類やハネカクシ類などを食べる. 浅虫では潮上帯で見つかる（2025年5月）．
