Public Transportation

Please get to the JR Aomori station either by Tohoku Shinkansen or New Tohoku Line via the JR Shin-Aomori station or by Airport Bus from the Aomori airport. Then, take the Aoimori Tetsudoh or Aomori Railway from the station and get off at the Aomori Onsen station. It takes about 25 min from the JR Aomori station. You can also useAomori city bus lines from the JR Aomori station to the Asamushi Onsen station, but please make sure that you take the right lines bound for Asamushi Onsen or Asamushi aquarium. From the Asamushi Onsen station, it takes about 20 min on foot to get to the Asamushi Center or you can take a taxi at the station. >>> map

There are several direct flights to the Aomori airport: from Haneda Airport or Tokyo International Airport; from Itami Airport or Osaka International Airport; from Nagoya Airport; from New Chitose Airport (Sapporo); from Incheon International Airport (Seoul, South Korea).


Private car

Please take the Aomori Expressway at the Aomori junction of the Tohoku Expressway and get off at the Aomori-Higashi interchange. It takes about 15 min from there to the Asamushi Center. >>> map
